Room rental for training
If you are a teacher organising paid training, library premises can be rented.
Additional information can be found in the price list.
For students and academic staff of universities who use the library premises for research and studies, the activity rooms are available free of charge, upon prior registration.
Level M
Meeting rooms are available in the reading room of the Reference and Information Centre on Level M:
- M03 (10 workstations)
- M49 (10 workstations).
To reserve the group study room, you must:
- contact the specialist on duty in the reading room,

Level 2
In the Humanities and Social Sciences Reading Room on Level 2, two group study rooms are available:
- Room 216 (12 workstations)
Price: 35,01 EUR/hour - Room 217 (8 workstations)
Price: 25,00 EUR/hour
In the Economics and Law Reading Room on Level 2, two group study rooms with a projector are available:
- Room 229 (8 workstations)
Price: 15,00 EUR/hour - Room 230 (6 workstations)
Price: 15,00 EUR/hour

For training in rooms 229 and 230, it is possible to use an interactive whiteboard.
