Parking

You can park your car in the NLL parking lot at Mukusalas Street 5 (Mūkusalas iela 5), as well as in the designated areas between Stone Bridge (Akmens tilts) and Railway Bridge (Dzelzceļa tilts) and in the nearby streets – Valguma Street (Valguma iela), Kliveru Street (Klīveru iela), Street of Hugo Celmiņš (Hugo Celmiņa iela), Akmenu Street (Akmeņu iela), Mukusalas Street (Mūkusalas iela).

Free parking spaces are available for visitor group buses on Valguma Street (Valguma iela), opposite the National Library of Latvia building, on the side of the Latvian Railway History Museum.

Carports with solar panels have been installed in the NLL parking lot as part of the European Union Recovery Fund's energy efficiency improvement project "Solar Park for Self-Consumption of Electricity at NLL," aiming to achieve at least a 30% reduction in primary energy consumption.

The right to use paid parking with a 100% discount (only during NLL working hours) is granted to persons with disabilities whose cars are equipped in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulations, as well as to large families (at least 3 children). A 100% discount can be applied for at the NLL Welcome Desk (level 1) by presenting the appropriate ID and identity document.

Free parking spaces are available for visitor group buses on Valguma Street (Valguma iela), opposite the National Library of Latvia building, on the side of the Latvian Railway History Museum.
