In the case of complaints from authors, they shall be examined by the editor-in-chief, involving the responsible editor and editorial board as necessary, and a written reply shall be provided.
In case of post-publication discussions and corrections, an Editor’s Note or Editorial Expression of Concern is published. The publisher manages intellectual property rights.

Each paper shall be evaluated by two anonymous reviewers, who have the right to suggest that the author revise the paper or to decline to publish it.
Reviewers shall respect the confidentiality of the paper-reviewing process and maintain objectivity in evaluating papers’ content.
Reviewer shall check that authors have provided references for all sources and literature used in the paper.
If a reviewer is not convinced of their competence in reviewing a paper or a conflict of interest arises between the author and the reviewer, the reviewer is obliged to report this to the editor-inchief. In such cases, the editor-in-chief shall nominate another reviewer.
